Rob is a 4th generation Pocono resident and a 2nd generation real estate broker serving the Poconos since first licensed in 1968. His primary focus is resort/vacation & retirement homes in the scenic Pocono Mountains of Northeast PA. Prior to his affiliation with Keller Williams Rob was the Broker/CoOwner for 24 years of a 5 office company affiliated with another international franchise. In early 2012 he partnered with Keller Williams to focus his time on better serving his personal clients. A strong believer in lifelong education Rob has achieved numerous real estate designations including being certified as an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Certified Distressed Property Expert, a Certified Real Estate Negotiator, a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager and he is a Graduate of the REALTORS Institute. Rob is an active member of the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS, where he has served as President, Secretary, Board Member, Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee and Chair of several special purpose task forces. He has also served on various committees for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS, including Legal Action, RPAC, Grievance and Strategic Planning. Additionally, Rob has served his community as a member of the Tobyhanna Township Zoning Hearing Board and Planning Commission. He served as a Board Member of the Timber Trails Community Association and President of the Wagner Forest Park Homeowner Association. He is currently a member of the Monroe County Planning Commission and the CJERP Regional Planning Commission and a Township Supervisor where he lives. A long time environmental activist Rob was a founding member of the Tobyhanna/Tunkhannock Creek Watershed Association. He is also a founding member of the Pocono Heritage Land Trust where he remains an active board member. His hobbies and interests include photography, travel, biking, hiking, spending time with friends and helping his wife in her alternate career raising and caring for Alpacas. He is also 4th generation Pocono real estate investor and enjoys working with others in buying and selling investment real estate.
